If you are looking to set up a SFTP feed integration between your HRIS provider and Groundswell, you will need to revisit your program eligibility mapping you first configured during implementation. Capturing the eligibility status of all your employees (i.e. those on leave, retired, terminated, etc) in Groundswell’s status mapping is a crucial first step to completing the SFTP integration.
Below are seven steps you can take to add or change your program eligibility mapping:
Step 1: Select “Settings” on the left hand menu from your Admin Dashboard
Step 2: Select “HRIS Feed” from the top menu bar of Settings
Step 3: Scroll down to the “Map Status” section of the HRIS Feed
Step 4: Select the green “Edit Eligibility” button on the right hand side of the “Map Status” section
Step 5: Select “Add Status” to add a new eligibility status
Step 6: Add your HRIS Employment Status (i.e. Active, Terminated, On Leave, Retired) and map it to a corresponding Groundswell program eligibility status. Below is a brief description of what each of Groundswell’s program eligibility status mean:
- Eligible - Active and eligible to participate in your company’s corporate match and gift programs.
- Ineligible - Active and associated with your company’s corporate account, but not eligible to participate in match and gift programs.
- Terminated - Inactive and no longer associated with your corporate account.
Step 7: Select the green “Save Changes” on the bottom left of the Map Status screen and you are ready to go!
