Step 1: Login to Groundswell
Step 2: Click "Log Hours" in your take action section of your dashboard
Step 3: Complete the volunteer hours form and add any documentation. Documentation may not be required for every event so if you don't see that option that’s okay!
Tool Tip:
Company Match: If your organization matches volunteer hours, you can select if you want to use your match towards the volunteer hours you are submitting. If you select "Yes, match my hours" that means the organization you volunteered with will receive your match.
Volunteer Description: This is a description of the volunteer activity you participated in, this will help your admins when reviewing volunteer hours
Note: If you are getting a match for your hours this is the note we will send to the charity with your company match.
Step 4: Select “Submit Hours” on the top right

Step 1: Login to the Groundswell App
Step 2: Search for the charity you want to log hours with
Step 3: Select "Log hours" on the charity's page
Step 4: Complete the volunteer hours form and add any documentation. Documentation may not be required for every event so if you don't see that option on your app, that’s okay!

Step 5: Select “Submit Hours”
Step 6: If required, your Groundswell Admin will review and approve (or deny) your volunteer hours.
If your Groundswell Admin denies your volunteer hours you will receive the below email, if you have any questions as to why your hours were not approved, please contact your Groundswell Admin.
