Step 1: Login to the Groundswell App
Step 2: Scroll down to the “Log Hours” button in the “Volunteer Hours” bucket
Step 3: Complete the volunteer hours form and add any documentation. Documentation may not be required for every event so if you see that option on your app, that’s okay!
Step 4: Select “Submit Hours”
Step 5: If required, your Groundswell Admin will review and approve (or deny) your volunteer hours.
If your Groundswell Admin denies your volunteer hours you will receive the below email, if you have any questions as to why your hours were not approved, please contact your Groundswell Admin.
