Are there any additional fees for international donations?

As of 2025, No there are no additional fees at this time. The only fee you will incur is our standard 1% distribution fee which Groundswell takes on all donations (domestic and international) to cover the cost of processing. Your company make cover that fee for you.

Please note: Starting on January 1, 2026 the fee for international donations is increasing from 1% to 3%. This update reflects changes in costs from our third-party international distribution partner and allows us to continue ensuring fast, secure, and compliant cross-border giving for the charities you support. If your company covers the fees for your donations, you will not see any change to your donation process
