How do I receive matches from my employer?

If you have match funds available, your company match will process immediately when you make a donation to a match-eligible charity. No more waiting for your match to be approved!

Keep in mind that every program has a match limit. After you hit that maximum, any additional donations won’t be matched. If you’re unsure of your limit, your program administrator can provide more details.

Offline Match Note: If you make a donation outside of Groundswell and upload a receipt for matching, our team will review it before the match is processed. This review typically takes 3–5 business days and the match will process once the review is complete.

Program Note: If your company does not process donation matches instantly, the timing for when a charity receives the match will depend on your company’s program configuration. For any questions about your company’s setup, please reach out to your program administrator.
