Employees can provide Hurricane Fiona support using the Groundswell App
The Groundswell app has been updated to ensure individuals and communities impacted by Hurricane Fiona can get the help they need. The app features a selection of charities mobilizing local efforts in Puerto Rico. These charities will benefit from donations now more than ever.
You can encourage employees to check out the Groundswell app, discover charities, contribute and donate to support ongoing disaster relief work. Together, we can make a difference.
View the charities employees are supporting
In addition to top issue areas and top charities, you are now able to download a list of donations made by employees. This downloadable list includes details like:
- Donation date
- Donation amount
- Charity selected
With this data, you can better understand what employees care about and the impact of your workplace giving program. To protect employee privacy and maintain the inclusive nature of Groundswell giving programs, this list does not include employees' personal information.

Easily invite all employees who have not yet enrolled in your workplace giving program
There may be some employees who need reminding, and now it’s easy to help them get started with Groundswell! To resend invites to these employees:
- Navigate to the Invited tab on the Employees page
- Select the Resend invite to employees button
- Confirm and send email reminder

Fund your account and empower employees to keep giving
We’ve made it easy to keep your account funded. Now, on the dashboard and on the settings page, you’ll find an Add Funds option. Follow the two steps on the Add Funds page to keep your account funded.
Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month
National Hispanic Heritage Month kicked off last week and continues through mid October. This toolkit provides companies with inspiration and resources to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month with employees. You can choose from the resources included to determine what will work best to educate and engage your employees around this cause.
