How does Groundswell work?

Groundswell is your company’s workplace giving and social impact platform. Depending on your company’s program, you may be able to make donations, receive company matching, participate in volunteer opportunities and campaigns, nominate organizations for grants, and more.

If giving is available through your program, you may also have a personal Groundswell giving account where you can contribute funds, make donations, and track your giving activity.
