Why is my match status “pending”?

If the status of your donation match shows “pending,” it’s still under review by your administrator.

Match disbursement timing depends on your employer’s giving program. Some companies process matches instantly when you make the donation, while others issue matches on a weekly, monthly, or custom schedule. If you're unsure how your company handles matches, please contact your Groundswell Program Administrator.
