How do I know if my volunteer hours have been approved?

You’ll receive an email from Groundswell once your volunteer hours are approved. If your company offers a volunteer hour match, the matching donation will be sent directly to the charity you logged hours for as soon as your hours are approved!

Note: if your company does not process donation matches instantly, then the timeline for when a charity receives a match will be in accordance with the company's program configuration.
