I volunteered with a charity outside of work, how do I submit those hours for a company match?

That's awesome! You can log all of your volunteer hours directly in Groundswell even if your volunteer activity didn't happen with your company. All you need to do is find the charity you volunteered with on Groundswell, select "Log hours" on the right-hand side of the page, and complete the following questions to submit your hours.
