What happens if my donation match request is denied?

It depends on your company. Not every program requires match approval. If yours does, your program administrator will review your match request before the company match is sent.

Your donation still goes to the charity either way. If your match request isn't approved, only the company match is declined. You'll get a notification with the decision and any note from your program administrator.
