How To: Set a Minimum Account Balance Threshold in Your Admin Portal
Step 1: Login to your Admin Dashboard
Step 2: Click “Settings” on the left hand menu
Step 3: Click “Add Funds”
Step 4: Click the pencil/pen icon in the “Set minimum account balance” box
Step 5: Select the minimum amount to be notified when your account has low funds
Step 6: Click “Save changes”
Once your Groundswell balance goes below your minimum threshold the Groundswell admins in your portal will receive the below email notifying them to increase your account funds.
