Great question! If you add funds to your Groundswell account or make a donation using a credit card, the charge will appear as “groundswell.io” on your credit card statement.

You may not see the name Groundswell in your company's portal, but the payment is processed by Groundswell. Seeing “groundswell.io” is expected and does not indicate fraud.
